   • Unsuitable content includes but is not limited to:

     • Content promoting hate speech, violence, discrimination, or any form of harassment.
     • Images or messages that may cause offence or discomfort to individuals or communities.

3. Communication and Resolution:

   • In the event that submitted content is deemed unsuitable for printing, UPAC will promptly notify the customer.
   • UPAC will work with the customer to discuss potential modifications or alternatives to ensure compliance with the UPAC printing policy.

4. Customer Responsibility:

   • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all content and imagery submitted for printing comply with UPAC’s printing policy.
   • By placing an order, customers affirm that they have the legal right to use the submitted content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Final Authority:

   • UPAC retains the final authority to approve or reject any custom-printed order, even if it meets the general guidelines outlined in this policy.
   • This policy may be updated periodically at the discretion of UPAC to reflect changes in regulations or company standards.

By placing an order for custom-printed plastic bags with UPAC, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this printing policy.
