Delivery Policy

At Upac, we strive to ensure prompt delivery of your orders. Here’s what you can expect:

Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver your order within 3-8 business days from the dispatch confirmation to the address specified during the purchase process for metro east coast cities. For WA, Far North QLD, NT, and remote country areas, please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery.

Peak Periods: During peak periods, while we make every effort to dispatch your order promptly, please understand that high order volumes may cause delays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Order Confirmation and Tracking: Upon successful completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Attempts: If you’re unavailable at the delivery address, the courier or Australia Post will leave a notification card with instructions on collecting your parcel.

Order Processing: Orders are processed for delivery on working days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays will be shipped within the next 2 business days.

Signature Requirement: Some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you’re not available to sign, the courier or Australia Post will leave a collection notice with further instructions.

Address Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Orders must be shipped to a business address, with deliveries typically made between 8 am and 6 pm. Note that special requirements may apply for large and bulky items, including the need for a forklift.

Delivery Limitation: Upac Online exclusively delivers to Australian addresses.

Changes to Orders: Once your order is placed, modifications are not possible. For inquiries regarding order changes, please email us at sales@upac.com.au.

Policy Updates: We may periodically update this policy to reflect changes in practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
