UPAC Delivery Policy
Upac will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered within 3-8 business days from dispatch confirmation to the address specified during the purchase process for metro east coast cities. For WA, Far North QLD, NT, and remote country areas please allow an extra 2-3 days for delivery.
During peak periods we will do everything we can to dispatch your order, however orders may be delayed due to very high volume of orders. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
Upon successful completion of your order, we will provide you with a confirmation email containing details to track your order. If you are not at the delivery address to receive your parcel, the courier or Australia Post will leave a card notifying you of the attempted delivery and will provide you with details on how to collect your parcel.
Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will be shipped within the next 2 business days.
Orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, the courier or Australia Post will leave a notice for collection card with details on how to collect your delivery. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, we do not permit couriers or Australia Post will not be able to leave your order ‘hidden’ at the address. We will not accept any responsibility for parcels reported missing if a customer has used the Australia Post ‘SafeDrop’ option.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
We do not accept orders to P.O Box addresses. Orders must be shipped to a business address and deliveries may be made between 8am and 6pm. Please note that for large and bulky items – special requirements may be needed including a forklift.
Upac Online, only delivers online orders to Australian addresses.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Once your order is placed, it is too late. If you would like to change your order after it has been received, please email us at email@example.com for more details.
We may update this policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
