The customer approached UPAC with the need for a packaging system that would protect their product in transit, no matter how far the distance or how rough the handler. They required something that was both robust and heavy duty yet light enough to handle and easily disposed of on arrival. The packaging system needed to protect the painted and polished metal finish, the base, wheels and also allow the unit to be wheeled off the packaging as it is too heavy to lift.
